Sensory Analysis: Gleaming straw-yellow with golden hues. The nose offers sensations of golden apple and ripe peach with floral hints and aromatic herbs. On the palate is fresh, fruity, mineral and well balanced followed by a pleasant and persistent finish.
Suitable for fish dishes in general and light cheeses.
