Sensory Analysis: | Crystalline straw yellow hue, fine delicate to the nose with hints of white flowers, along with pineapple and citrus. Soft and fresh to the palate, with a delicate sapid and mineral note. Highly recommended with seafood starters, sauté mussels or fried fish. Best served at 8/10° C. |
