Grape: Hand-picked Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes
Soil type: Moderately loose-packed
Exposure: South-East
Altitude: 300 mt s.l.m.
Yield per Hectare: 90 Qli
Vinification: Maceration with grape skin for around 10 days, fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aging in stainless steel.
Sensory Analysis: Ruby red color with purple hues, hints of ripe cherries and sweet spices.
To palate is fruity and harmonious, with notes of licorice and spices with soft tannins, pleasant and persistent.
Excellent with pasta dishes with meat sauce, “vincisgrassi“ and meat in general.
Best served at 16/18 ° C.
