Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures.
The wine-juice, base for sparkling wine, is fermented in autoclaves according to the MARTINOTTI or Charmat method until we obtain the desired product after a period of about 110-120 days.
Sensory Analysis: Bright golden color with fine and persistent perlage.
A sparkling wine with a clean nose, with fine citrus aromas of cedar and unripe pears.
The white fruit and citrus taste continues on the palate for an elegant taste.
The optimal temperature for being served is of 6/8 ° C.
