Sensory Analysis: | Ruby red color with garnet highlights; the nose clean and intense with notes of red fruits, tobacco and spices. To palate is soft and pleasantly tannic with a pleasant final and an excellent persistence. Very tasty if combined with red meat and wild game meats in general. Best served at 16-18 ° C. |
