Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aging in stainless steel.
Sensory Analysis: Straw yellow luminous, to the nose fine with floral hints along with a fruity combination of tropical fruit, grapefruit and peach.
To palate fresh, balanced, with the fruit that joins to the delicate minerality, it has a pleasant persistent finish.
Suitable for seafood starters and delicate meat dishes, highly recommended with shrimp fried rice.
